Is the baby equipment already in the room?
Yes - if booked in advance, we provide a baby crib, high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer & baby monitor free of charge.
Are there rooms with a balcony or view of the slopes?
Many rooms have a balcony with a view of the snow-covered mountains or the inner courtyard. Simply enquire when booking.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned regularly. Towels and bed linen are included and can be changed on request.
Is the spa and pool area easily accessible from the room?
Yes - all rooms are located in the main building. Restaurant, wellness area & SKY pool are just a few steps away.
